In order to position ourselves as a global leader, we will pursue the globalization of our business through aggressive sales growth, global M&A, and strategic partnerships with top local players in order to accelerate market penetration in targeted regions. We expect such partnerships to bring about knowledge of local markets and customer demands in addition to specific expertise.
Strengthen Global Competitiveness
Hyosung’s global competitiveness will be leveraged based on our global strategy, research and development, technology, past experiences, and accumulated know-how. By staying focused on our vision to become the top player in the energy machinery and plant solution sector, we will eliminate any and all unrelated, wasteful activities in order to situate all of our assets into our strategic mission.
Discover New Growth Markets
We will penetrate the renewable energy market as a new growth market to capture a significant market share in the renewable sector and respond to market trends which demands carbon-free, efficient energy. We expect this market to act as a driver for sustainable growth not only of our company, but also for the betterment of the world.
Global Talent Recruitment
In addition to recruiting talents who are passionate and enthusiastic, we will also develop the experience and know-how of our current staff to push for greater innovative growth. Also, employee educational programs will be strengthened, especially in the following areas: strategic execution system, leadership development, and market research and marketing.
