Hyosung’s High Temperature Fuel Cell Systems, currently in development, feature a high generation efficiency and wider usage range for heat generated than the low temperature PEMFC .
The general power generation principle of Hyosung’s High Temperature Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell (HT-PEMFC), currently in development, is the same with that of the Low Temperature Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell (LT-PEMFC), however it also features greater power efficiency and a wider range of thermal energy usage. The HT-PEMFC is operated between 100 to 200℃ while the LT-PEMFC is operated between 60 to 80℃
